Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel or reschedule a booked working session at least 24 hours before its start for a full service credit or refund. Later cancellations may be charged for reserved time and completed preparation.

For implementation, migration and cleanup work, fees for completed discovery, configuration, testing or reserved delivery time are non-refundable. Any remaining prepaid, undelivered work will be refunded after agreed costs are reconciled.

If we cannot deliver the purchased service, you may choose a new date, service credit or refund for the undelivered portion. Contact hello@agilenexis.com with the order number.
