ParcelPilot · Fictional team, realistic decisions

Yesterday's blockers changed. The release questions didn't.

Follow six people across two standups: 19 tickets, linked blockers, QA rework, leave and a pilot that still needs approval. Try the files yourself or watch the narrated walkthrough.

Start with the free tool

Turn a Jira CSV and transcript into a structured agenda. Follow linked tickets, inspect current status, search the evidence and capture notes, comments and colour flags.

After generation, the example adds labelled fictional ticket comments, red/yellow/green flags and an unresolved follow-up to demonstrate every action-sidebar category. Existing comments and flags are preserved. Loading an example prepares the files and settings; it does not generate a standup or use generation credits. Save day 1 and add the supplied notes/comments before day 2 to try saved context. Use the same account and example team.

Examples of “Why was this included?”

Resolved testing, remaining release decision: PCL-105 is now QA Passed, so the old failed retest is no longer today's action. Release readiness still needs discussion because the rollback executor and release approver remain unresolved in this fictional scenario.

A real dependency: PCL-102 is In Progress and is linked as a prerequisite for PCL-103. The component test alone is not end-to-end evidence; the next handoff needs a versioned integration build.

Independent work: PCL-116 covers scanner reach and screen placement and remains In Progress. No ticket dependency is recorded. The supporting illustration provides design context, but is not evidence that a usability test passed.

These explain the example evidence. Newly generated explanations depend on your uploaded sources and saved context.

Pictures and PDFs are reference downloads. Direct image/PDF upload is not supported yet; their dated text companions are already included in the example transcripts. Sample CSVSample transcript

These fictional ParcelPilot samples include 19 tickets and a detailed meeting transcript. Creating a draft from the unmodified sample CSV also adds labelled demonstration comments, colour flags and a follow-up, so all six action-sidebar categories have examples.
