Scope and acceptance

The selected package, priced options and written statement of work define the engagement. Work outside that scope requires written approval and may be quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

You must have authority to provide platform access and data. Use restricted accounts and approved connection methods; never send primary passwords, recovery codes or one-time authentication codes.

Scheduling and changes

Remote sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Migration dates remain provisional until access, mapping and rehearsal acceptance criteria are complete.

Third-party platforms

AgileNexis is independent of Atlassian, monday.com and other vendors. Platform availability, licences and vendor limitations remain subject to their terms.

Liability

Changes and migrations are tested against agreed acceptance criteria. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service to the extent permitted by law.
